This timeframe is necessary because we don’t keep pre-made facial oils in stock—each one is personalized and crafted specifically for you. The process involves a careful infusion of raw herbs, which takes several days to ensure that the oils extract all the essential properties needed for your unique formulation. This attention to detail ensures you receive a product that is truly customized to support your skin's health and needs.

Due to the personalized nature of our herbal facial oil and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you experience issues with your formulation, we are happy to work with you to adjust and perfect the blend. We offer shipping based on your location, and fees may vary depending on where you are. If you prefer, you also have the option to pick up your product at any of our clinic locations.
