Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and appointments may need to be canceled or rescheduled. To ensure that our clinic can accommodate all our valued patients and maintain an efficient schedule, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us enough time to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $20 cancellation fee. We will use our best judgment and fairness when applying the cancellation fee. Missed Appointments (No-shows): If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it may result in a no-show fee of $20. Extenuating Circumstances: We understand that emergencies or unforeseen situations can occur. If you encounter such circumstances and are unable to provide timely notice, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Cancellation Policy Enforcement: Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure the fair and efficient scheduling of appointments for all patients. By booking an appointment with Majka Traditional Medicine, you agree to abide by this policy. Please be aware that multiple late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to schedule future appointments at our clinic.
